La Joya overall is a lovely spot, where you feel right in tune with nature. The hotel requires a few improvements, namely the beds could be more comfortable with newer and better quality bedding, and it could do with having a gym on site. AYANA Resort sits a spectacular cliff-top setting overlooking the Indian Ocean, secluded from the everyday goings on in Jimbaran, Kuta, and other bustling Bali towns. As such, it's a fine incarnation of the typical image most travelers to Bali have -- peaceful, tropical, exotic, and exclusive.
